Method to make brown bread at home:

·        The bread dough needs to be risen twice so that the bread becomes soft and well-fermented. After kneading the first rise, grease it with oil and keep it covered in a bowl for 1-1.5 minutes. If your place is cold, it may take a little longer for the dough to rise.

 

·        Now you will see that the dough has puffed up significantly. You need to punch it and bring it into shape, then shape it into a loaf. For this, you will have to knead it for some time.

 

·        After shaping the loaf, grease it in a loaf pan and let it rise again for 35-40 minutes, until the puffing reaches the upper edge of the pan.

 

·        Once the loaf is rising, place it in the preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 30-35 minutes.
